Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package is then prepared for transport.

2. Delivery time
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by the largest postal courier in your respective country.

All shipping times are excluding any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage of the package.

Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
Orders can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. Click “Track your order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to become available. If tracking still does not show any updates after a few days, please contact customer service.
