Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
- on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and they were delivered together;
- on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered multiple goods under a single order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via email: support@movae-london.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have:
- received the returned goods, or
- you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalised;
- for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed at the time of contract conclusion but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose value is subject to market fluctuations;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
